The players dashboard — who needs you this week

Admin → Players rolls every player space into one list, sorted so whoever needs attention floats to the top.

The flags, and when they fire:

• no lesson in Nw — three weeks or more since the last logged lesson
• never rated / rated Nw ago — no rating round yet, or six-plus weeks stale
• N clips to review — family-uploaded videos with no comment from anyone yet
• N goals past target — open goals whose date has slipped
• N homework unticked — two or more outstanding tasks

A player with no flags shows All caught up ✓. Every row links straight into the space.

The Monday email

The same flags arrive as an email every Monday morning — "2 of 4 players could use your eyes this week" — but only when something is actually flagged. A quiet week sends nothing. It respects your email preferences like everything else.
