What families receive

• You log a lesson → in-app + the parent summary emailed instantly (skipped if you left the summary empty).
• You comment on a clip / add a video in the wizard → in-app; emails via the 15-minute digest.
• You achieve a goal → in-app 🏆.
• Homework waits 3+ days → ONE warm reminder per lesson (in-app + email), automatic, never repeated, retired if a newer lesson lands.
• You send a term report → email, immediately.

What you receive

• Homework ticked → in-app (duplicate-proof) — plus the player earns 3 points.
• Clip uploaded / comment posted / match logged → in-app, digest for email.
• Monday players email → only when a player has an attention flag.

The levers

Everything above respects each person's Settings → Notifications category toggles and the global email opt-out; every email is recorded in Admin → Email log. In-app notifications deep-link to the exact tab they're about.
