What your family gets notified about

Here's the complete list for a player space — nothing else is sent:

• Lesson logged — in-app, plus the summary emailed straight away.
• Shot-review comment — in-app instantly; emails arrive batched in the digest (so a lively chat doesn't flood your inbox).
• New clip added — in-app + digest.
• Goal achieved 🏆 — in-app.
• Match logged — in-app + digest (when someone else logs it).
• Homework reminder — one gentle in-app note and email per lesson, only if the task has waited a few days, written to encourage rather than nag.
• Progress report — email, when your coach sends one.

Turning things down

All of these live under the courses & coaching category in Settings → Notifications — one toggle controls their emails. In-app notifications always appear under the bell, and tapping one takes you to the exact tab it's about. There's also a global email switch if you want app-only life.
