Every email the platform sends — and why each one earns its place
Email is where your community reaches people who aren't in the app — which is most people, most of the time. Here is everything that goes out, always under your community's name:
Getting people in
- Sign-in links — passwordless magic links for members who prefer no password.
- Abandoned checkout recovery — someone started paying and stopped? A gentle nudge goes out automatically with a link that resumes exactly where they left off. This one email quietly recovers real revenue.
Keeping people engaged
- The activity digest — unread notifications are bundled and emailed in tidy batches (never one email per like). Runs every 15 minutes; each notification is emailed at most once, and only while still unread.
- Event reminders — everyone marked Going is reminded 24 hours and 1 hour before.
The coaching relationship (player development)
- Lesson report — the parent summary lands in the family inbox the moment you save a lesson.
- Homework nudge — one warm, encouraging reminder per lesson if practice sits unticked a few days. Never nags, never repeats.
- Progress report — your term write-up, delivered when you send it.
- Your Monday players email — which students need your eyes this week (only when someone does).
Your own campaigns
- Automation emails — anything you wire up in Admin → Automations, from welcome sequences to win-backs, built on your saved templates — see the Automations guide.
Trust and control
Every send respects each member's category preferences and the global opt-out — and every single email is recorded in Admin → Email log (recipient, subject, sent or failed), so "did they get it?" always has an answer.
